Thao T. Pham is an Associate Attorney at Goldstein, Gellman, Melbostad, Harris & McSparran, LLP (“G3MH”). She is a litigator practicing in real property litigation, catastrophic personal injuries, and insurance disputes. Prior to joining G3MH, she defended insurers and their insureds in complex litigation claims involving product liability, personal injury, and wrongful death.

She obtained her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 2016. During law school, she clerked for the Oakland City Attorney’s Office, Litigation Division and Utility Consumers’ Action Network, a non-profit, focused on advocating for the rights of low-income utility users. She was also a member of the Pro Bono Honor’s Society, Environmental Law Society and Health Law Society. Previously, she served in AmeriCorps’ PIRG Energy Conservation Corps where she taught energy conservation lessons to students throughout the Bay Area.
