Brian E. Soriano practices general litigation with an emphasis on real estate matters and contractual disputes.
Brian graduated Phi Beta Kappa with distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and attended Golden Gate University School of Law on a full merit scholarship. During law school Brian won the school’s Appellate Advocacy Competition receiving awards for Best Oral Advocate and Best Written Brief. Brian graduated with honors and a certificate of specialization in litigation and received the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award for the most outstanding student in litigation.

A recipient of the Judge Lee Baxter Fellowship in Litigation, Brian also served as an adjunct professor of law at Golden Gate University teaching courses in Advanced Trial Advocacy and Mock Trial. Brian has over 25 years of experience handling litigation cases, advising executives and entertainers, and providing consultation for litigation and trial strategy for other attorneys. Brian owned and operated the boutique litigation office ‘The Law Office of Brian Soriano’ for 11 years where he became one of the small percentage of lawyers to recover a multiple million-dollar settlement in a single case. Brian has significant experience handling trials, mediations, arbitrations, and all other types of litigation matters.
