Vladie P. Viltman joined the firm in 2022 and practices general litigation with an emphasis on business/contractual disputes and real estate matters.  With over 25 years of experience, he is adept at managing every phase of litigation—from initial investigation and claims development through trial and appellate proceedings.  Vladie’s clients are often small business owners who appreciate his practical, business-minded approach to dispute resolution.  

Vladie received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Riverside, in 1996.  He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1999, where he was honored with the award for Outstanding Achievement in Civil Litigation.  Before joining the firm, Vladie worked as a lead litigation counsel for Law Offices of Brian E. Soriano.

Throughout his career, Vladie has represented clients in a wide array of complex legal matters, bringing his deep understanding of business and real estate jurisprudence.  He has represented his clients in dozens of trials, securing outstanding results through informed strategic thinking and meticulous preparation.  These accomplishments have earned him a reputation for excellence in the legal community.

Vladie is a passionate practitioner of continuing education, reflecting a commitment to remain apprised of newly enacted statutes, recent case law, and other evolving legal developments to ensure that his clients receive the most informed and effective representation possible. Vladie is particularly focused on the advancement of technology and how it is changing the legal profession.  

Beyond his legal practice, Vladie is an avid student of history and reads extensively in world literature. He is also an expert on 20th-century science fiction, maintaining a significant personal library of literature and memorabilia.
