Paul A. Mann joined g3mh in 2024 and handles a multitude of transactional matters for the firm while providing litigation support. He heads the firm’s condominium and tenancy-in-common practices, and he represents companies and individuals with matters ranging from real estate acquisitions, sales, leasing, and land use to governance structures for corporations and common interest developments. Paul has been a licensee of the California Department of Real Estate since January 2024 and assists clients with buying and selling real property without incurring broker fees.
While attending the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, Paul was privileged to work for Chief Justice Matthew B. Durrant of the Utah Supreme Court and later with Judge Carolyn B. McHugh of The United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Paul was also Lead Articles Editor for the BYU Law Review. In 2016, he graduated magna cum laude and went on to clerk for Judge Mary E. Wiss in the Complex Civil Litigation Department of the Superior Court of San Francisco before switching to a predominantly transactional practice. Prior to joining g3mh, Paul worked in-house for real estate developers, allowing him to sit on the client side of the attorney-client relationship and oversee and manage the efforts of outside counsel.
Paul’s experience inside law firms, companies, and courts of law has given him perspective about the various dimensions of both transactions and disputes, which helps him approach his client’s challenges with flexibility and pragmatism.
